We offer a 30 refund/exchange policy on non-personalised goods. If you require a refund/exchange then please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. Any items received which are not in their in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. Because the nature of personalised garments means they cannot be returned to stock, we are not able to accept the items back. Your statuory rights are not affected.
All items which are returned must be accompanied with a completed Returns/Exchange Form. In every dispatch we include a Returns/Exchange Form which contains all of the information we need to process your return.
In all instances, please contact us before returning any items to us.
If a refund is applicable to your order this will be done as soon as possible following the request, and in generally completed within 5 working days.
